Coming to Costa Rica late Jan-early Feb - book now!

Hello and happy solstice and holidays to all!

I have decided to explore Costa Rica to start the new year. As always, I am passionate about my work and hope to create some healthy dishes while I'm down there....in preparation for the upcoming cookbook! If you're interested in having me come to your retreat, resort or eco-lodge than book with me quickly, I'm already trying to coordinate dates while I'm there.
Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to have a Registered Nutritionist and Whole Foods Chef come on-site and design a signature dish, plus wellness menu and more! Since I'm there, you save on airfare costs just because I'd love to explore a resort or lodge while I'm there, maybe we can also negotiate a work exchange...but there would have to be lots of yoga ;)

Find out why you should learn to eat healthier and nourish your guests.....learn more about me below.

Sarah Stark Menu Consulting

The travel market for wellness getaways is growing fast.....can you keep up?
Maybe you have yoga already. Most getaways do. It's few that are catering to the overwhelming need for holistic getaways, most missing the key ingredient which is food. Food trends are ever changing, but the one trend we do see growing and expanding it's market is the trend towards a balanced lifestyle. Mainly through diet and movement (yoga, pilates, etc). With such a rich, local supply of foods in Costa Rica, you can easily target the quickly growing market of wellness vacationers. Sarah can design a custom menu with local, raw and whole foods; all with a low cost to food costs. Gain an edge and allow Sarah Stark, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and former healthy food company owner, to custom-design your wellness menu and provide solutions for even the most challenging restricted diets. The soon to be created delicious signature dish may be featured in my upcoming cookbook!

Eco-tourism needs to start eco-eating! There is a clear market trend towards healthier and balanced living through diet. Guests are more aware now and expect healthy food options and menu options for restricted diets (gluten-free/dairy-free). More so, travellers are now seeking a holistic experience, one where they can relax with yoga, body treatments and eat healthily with your local foods. To be able to provide your guests with the option of a wellness menu, you are appealing to a much wider market. Explore offering menu items that even those on restricted diets can enjoy and take advantage of your local cuisine by using raw fruits, veggies and showcase your local seafood.

Gain the edge and let Sarah Stark, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Whole Foods Chef, professionally custom design your healthy menu and be featured in her upcoming cookbook!
